What to cook
- Starter: For starter you will prepare BBQ in Cambodian style that use a lots spice to make the taste stronger with flavor and aroma.
- Main course: You will prepare and cooking Amok, it is similar to curry but it is not curry, it could be chicken, fish, vegetarian or tofu, you can choose one of those, we will put in the coconut and steam it.
- Dessert: Cooking a Cambodian sweet, you will taste the banana with creamy from coconut milk and palm sugar.

Learn to use spices
In Cambodian cuisine, flavor begins country’s rich soil and tropical climate, a wide variety of aromatic spices grow abundantly — from turmeric to galangal.
